Pricing corresponding to resident's
levels of care and needs
Pine Villa’s Memory Care/Alzheimer’s program has been designed
for residents who do not need 24 hour, skilled medical attention,
but do need specialized care and direction due to cognitive
and memory impairments. Pine Villa's memory care residences
occupy 2 separate, secure floors that accommodate up to 32
residents (based on double occupancy, Friendship Suite configuration).
Each floor has its own lounge and social area.
 Through
regular social and recreational activities and outings, our
memory care residents are encouraged to enjoy personal growth
and a sense of belonging.
The Pine Villa Memory Care program is covered by one affordable,
monthly, flat fee that includes supportive and vigilant care,
housekeeping services, apartment maintenance, meals and snacks,
security and much more. Supplemental supportive care and
housekeeping services are elective, and dependent on each
resident's specific needs. At Pine Villa residents only pay
for the services they need--when they need them. For additional
