active seniors seeking the personal benefits of a traditional
home-like atmosphere and lifestyle, but with the added conveniences
of security, 24 ⁄ 7 on-call assistance, and freedom
from the maintenance duties and chores associated with home
ownership.

Villa’s central location offers easy access to a diverse
array of cultural and recreational points of interest including
the Queen Mary, and world-class Aquarium of the Pacific.
Just around the corner from Pine Villa, you’ll find CityPlace
shopping mall. And for entertainment, dining and more retail
stores, you can choose from a number of Long Beach neighborhood
districts noted for their theaters, great restaurants and
one-of-a-kind shops. Residents who prefer to explore and
visit the city as a group are encouraged to join the many
excursions and outings that are regularly scheduled by our
staff. Convenient parking is available for residents who
own cars, and their guests.
Independent Living at Pine Villa is covered by one affordable,
monthly, flat fee that includes delicious meals and healthy
snacks, apartment maintenance, weekly housekeeping, security
and much more. Supplemental supportive care and additional
housekeeping services are elective, and dependent on each
