Needs and Support at Pine Villa...
Pricing corresponding to resident's
levels of care and needs
Pine Villa holds a Hospice Care Waiver. Eligibility and
needs for residents going into hospice care are taken on
a case-by-case basis with final review and determination
made by Pine Villa's administrator. Our staff works with
the resident, the resident’s family and third-party hospice
care provider to maintain a home-like environment of compassionate
care, dignity and highest standard of life possible—both
physically and spiritually.
 Hospice
care residents will find their Pine Villa accommodations
covered by one affordable, monthly, flat fee that includes
delicious meals and healthy snacks, apartment maintenance,
weekly housekeeping, security and much more. Supplemental
supportive care and additional housekeeping services are
elective, and dependent on each resident's specific needs.
