Monthly accommodation fees at Pine Villa are based on the  individual
care and personal assistance needs of each resident. Our
care and services come in two basic accommodation fee categories:
Independent and Assisted Living, and Memory ⁄ Alzheimer's
Care. Each provides for a wide range of services in a single,
affordable monthly rate.
Additionally, Pine Villa offers a host of supplemental care
and lifestyle services. To make sure you get the right level
of care and best value, our staff carefully completes a comprehensive
evaluation of your personal assistance needs with you--at
Pine Villa you pay only for the care and services you need,
when you need them.
Private Pay and Long-Term Care insurance is accepted.
