A straightfoward approach to care and services...
Pine Villa's care and services come in two basic accommodation
fee categories: Independent and Assisted
Living, and Memory ⁄ Alzheimer's
Care. Each provides for a wide range of services in
a single, affordable, monthly rate.
Supplemental assisted care options corresponding to each
of the basic plans are available à la carte and priced
separately. So, in addition to the many basic services already
included in a single, monthly accommodation fee, Pine Villa
offers its residents a sensible and economical approach to
enhanced care, and quality lifestyle services--at Pine Villa
you only pay for the care and services you need, when you
need them! |

Independent
Living & Assisted Living
|
 Our
standard package is designed for residents who maintain a
high degree of independence, and for residents who wish to
have the flexibility to choose personal assistance as needed.
Assisted living monthly fees are calculated by adding individual
supplemental services to the Standard Accommodation Rate. |

- Escort Assistance***
*Dressing Assistance is normally in the
morning and at bed-time, or as needed for special outings
**Grooming includes combing hair, brushing teeth and all

***Escort Assistance is to meals and activities within the
facility. Transportation to outside appointments is charged
separately. |

*Transfer Assistance is for wheelchair-bound

residents a wide range of economical, supplemental care options.
Monthly accommodation fees are calculated by adding individual
supplemental services to the basic Memory Care Accommodation

Information and prices at our web site are deemed reliable,

billed on a monthly basis. A one-time Administrative Fee
of $500.00 is due upon move-in. Additional terms and conditions
